How this works

This isn't a generic quiz. It's 15 statements split into five categories I see come up again and again with B2B SaaS founders I work with: sales process, pipeline management, tooling and automation, team and culture, and outbound and growth. Each category gets three statements, you rate each one 1 to 5, and that's the whole input — no trick questions, no branching logic.

Behind the scenes it's simple math, not a black box. Each category can score a max of 15 points (3 questions × 5), which gives you 75 points total. That raw score becomes a letter grade — under 25 is an F (early stage, core systems still need building), 25-37 is a D, 38-49 is a C, 50-62 is a B, and 63 or higher is an A. I also flag your three lowest-scoring categories so you walk away knowing exactly where to start, not just what your overall grade is.

What it can't do is see your actual pipeline or sit in on your calls — it's self-reported, so it's only as honest as the answers you give it. I built it because most founders I talk to have never actually mapped where their sales process breaks down, and this gives you a starting point in five minutes. If you want someone to dig into your real calls and numbers, that's what the free video audit is for.

Frequently asked questions

How is my sales readiness score calculated?

It's 15 statements split across five categories: sales process, pipeline management, tooling and automation, team and culture, and outbound and growth. You rate each statement 1 to 5 (strongly disagree to strongly agree), which caps each category at 15 points and the total at 75. That raw total gets a letter grade — under 25 is an F, 25-37 is a D, 38-49 is a C, 50-62 is a B, 63 and up is an A — and it's scaled to a score out of 100 for the shareable summary. There's no hidden weighting or AI judgment call, it's a straight sum of your own answers.

Is my data saved when I use this tool?

Your email is, your answers aren't. To unlock the full breakdown you enter your email, which goes into the same lead form I use across the site so I can follow up personally — no spam, and it's not sold or shared. The 15 answers you give and the score itself are calculated in your browser and never get sent to a server or stored in a database.

How accurate is this assessment?

It's a self-assessment, not an audit — it's only as accurate as the answers you give it, and it can't see your actual pipeline or listen to your calls. It's built on the patterns I see repeatedly in B2B SaaS sales teams, and the real value is in the top-3 categories it flags, not the letter grade being scientifically precise. If you want someone to actually dig into your calls and numbers, that's what the free video audit is for.

Know your score. Now fix it.

The assessment shows where the gaps are. A free video audit shows you exactly how to close them — with a plan built for your business.
